On The Menu This Week

Well, spring is officially here
although it doesn't quite feel like it yet
as we still have a lot of snow on the ground.
My menu this week incorporates
some spring veggies
like spinach & asparagus.
I can't wait until I can pick my own though!

Monday
Turkey Chili 
(double batch - one for the freezer)

Thursday
Smothered Swiss Steak
(Freezer Meal)
Perogies
Garlic Green Beans
Steamed Asparagus with Lemon Butter
Brownies

Friday
Pizza & Movie Night
Cesar Salad
Fruit Platter & Strawberry Dip

Saturday
Crockpot Cheesy Spaghetti
(double batch - one for the freezer)
Broccoli w/cheese sauce
Tossed Salad
Easter Cupcakes

Sunday
Roasted Turkey
Mashed Potatoes
Stuffing
Gravy
Parmesan Cheese Baked Asparagus
Glazed Carrots

Lemon Meringue Pie
