I love these teacups from my Grandmother. We use them on special occassions and sometimes just because. She was a wonderful kind lady and although we couldn't communicate well because of the language barrier I always knew I had a special place in her heart.

They are beautiful. I have teacups from my great aunts and they are so special to me.

Hi Alana,
ReplyDeleteThank you for the stylish blog award. I am honoured that you thought of me. Your tea cups are pretty. I especially like the rose teacup with the ornate trim. I have a similar collection of teacups that I inherited from my Mum that mean a great deal to me. Have a great Sunday.
Thank you for sharing a beautiful gift of the heart ♥♥♥
ReplyDeleteI too enjoyed a special relationship with my Grandma; we shared the joy of storytelling.
I look forward to reading more of your blog.
Kindest regards, Tara
Thank you for sharing this sweet post with "Share Your Cup Thursday". What an ideal thing to share. Having something from your grandmother is such a special gift. All of my grandparents had passed before I was born. Although I had wonderful Aunts and Uncles that took their place.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Jann
