For today... Saturday, September 4, 2010
Outside my window... the sun is shining but the rain clouds are in the horizon and there is a slight breeze blowing in through the open window by my desk.
I am thinking... I need to go out and work in the garden this afternoon before the rain comes.
I am thankful for... my home and family, I am so truly blessed.
From the learning rooms... this week all the fall programs begin.
I am wearing...denim capris, tank top, hair up and barefoot.
I am creating...a fall flowerpot, pictures to come when complete.
I am going... to work outside.
I am reading... Beautiful in God's Eyes by Elizabeth George and the Heavenly Man by Brother Yun with Paul Hattaway
I am praying for... a young family who just had their first child and are not christians.
Pondering these words... "Our calling as God's women is to live life in such a solid way that our husband never worries or wonders about our character or our management of our home, our finances, or our time!" (Beautiful in God's Eyes by Elizabeth George).
I am STILL hoping... to get the basement family room finished before Christmas.
I am hearing... the fans running.
Around the house... preparing for Sunday.
One of my favorite things... sitting on the front porch swing.
A few plans for the rest of the week... finishing cleaning the trailer and start cleaning up in the garden.
Here is a picture thought I am sharing...
(Found this at a garage sale yesterday and loved the quote on it)
