Red and Green In June?

When I think red and green I typically think Christmas.
But then again, when you look around
it seems that there is also a lot of
red and green in summer as well.

The inspiration for this table comes from the colors in these plates.
I thought they were so pretty when I first saw them.

And since I am going with red and green
why not this pretty crochet doilie?

The colors in the lilies complemented
the colors in the plates.

And a couple of simple white candles.

These pretty little vintage cups I found at an estate sale
for only a few dollars for a set of 5.

I topped it with a simple white flower for each tablesetting.

I added my favorite glasses.
I loved how the flowers all complemented each other
from the plate, to the glass to the centerpiece.

It turned out so bright and cheerful!

So yup, red and green in June
works for me :)
