For today... Sunday, June 24, 2012
Outside my window... Cloudy and damp from the rain overnight.I am thinking... That hopefully it won't be too wet to do some work in the garden later today.
I am thankful for... at least trying to be thankful for rain.

I am creating... A Forgotten Garden
I am reading... A Woman After God's Own Heart by Elizabeth George
I am praying for... My family.
Pondering these words... “Because of God's knowledge, you and I are always understood.” ~Elizabeth George~
I am still hoping... To go camping.
I am hearing... Mourning doves cooing, the clock ticking softly, the dog shifting to find a comfortable spot.
Around the house... I need to do some tidying.
One of my favorite things... Family time!
A few plans for the rest of the week... A quiet week at home, hopefully able to work in the garden and get some projects done.
Here is a picture thought I am sharing...
Flowers in my yard.

ReplyDeleteLove that. You menu...wow. I have nothing planned out. I have been very bad about that since I went back to work. I am not working during the summer...so I am not sure what my excuse it. :)
ReplyDeleteAlways enjoy your Sunday thoughts and might try the beef and broccoli for supper tonight.
ReplyDeleteYour flowers are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteMenu planning will one day not be beyond me! Bless you.
ReplyDeleteWow, you are one of those women who inspire me with your weekly menu all planned. I am such a procrastinator!! One of these days I will accomplish that. I also would love to freeze meals ahead of time and use the crockpot. I always forget to use the crockpot.
ReplyDeleteThe book, A Woman After God's Own Heart by Elizabeth George, is a wonderful book. I have read it over 4 times and I always go back to it. Its the type of book that is definitely a reference book for life and a go to book. You will love it.
God bless, am glad that you commented on my blog, thank you, now I have found another wonderful blog, yours!
