I made three Father's Day cards this year.
The first one is for my father-in-law.
He had an accident a few years after we were married
and was in a coma for two months.
Although he is not the same man he was
we are grateful he is with us.
The second card I made was for my dad.
After declining health
and his heart stopping while they did tests last year
and then emergency surgery
we are also thankful each day that he is with us.
I love the words on the vellum paper,
"A Father's love stays in the heart of a child forever."
I trimmed the edges of the inside and
edged it using a blue glitter pen
for a little extra detail.
The third card I made was for my hubby.
He is my best friend :)
I liked the look so much that I also trimmed and edged
the inside of this card using a gold glitter pen.
All these men are so important in not only my life
but also the life of my children and family.
I am so blessed to have them.
