Apple Raisin Baked Oatmeal

Here is another Baked Oatmeal recipe.
This one is a family favorite.

Ingredients
1-1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 apple, peeled and diced
2 Tbsp. raisins
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg, lightly beaten

In large bowl, combine the oats, sugar, baking powder,
cinnamon, salt, apples and raisins.
In a small bowl, combine the milk, butter and egg.
Stir into oat mixture until blended.

Spoon into a greased 8-inch square baking pan.
Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes or until set.
Serve warm.
Serves 4.

It is so yummy fresh from the oven
but even better when topped with some
whipped cream with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
