The Simple Woman's Daybook

For today...  Monday, July 20, 2015

Outside my window...  Cloudy with a few raindrops coming down. We are supposed to have a few showers and then clearing and hot

I am thinking...  Of how to manage to get everything done

I am thankful for....  A hubby who is willing to help out when needed

From the kitchen...
  Monday: Hubby Cooks
Tuesday:  BBQ Chicken, Fresh Garden Baby Potatoes, Carrots & Turnip, Tossed Salad
Wednesday: BBQ Honey Garlic Sausage, Half Time Spoon Rolls, Green Beans, Tossed Salad
  Thursday: Hubby Cooks
  Friday: Hubby Cooks
Saturday: Lasagna, Italian Bubble Loaf, Oven Baked Zucchini, Ceasar Salad
Sunday:  BBQ Pork Chops, Potato Salad, Broccoli Slaw, Tossed Salad, Jellied Salad

I am wearing... Denim capris and a royal blue tank top with a bow on the front

I am creating... A new office/crafting space

I am reading... "The Prodigal Daughter" by Jeffrey Archer

I am praying for...  Family & friends

Pondering these words...The busier life gets, the more value there is in simplicity...simplicity and clarity make us all more productive. ~Arkadi Kuhlmann,~

I am hoping...  To get caught up on a few things this week

I am hearing... Fans

One of my favorite things...  Watching movies with my hubby

A few plans for the rest of the week...

  5. Hi! I love it when my hubby has time to cook, it is really nice! He is very helpful! I really like the quote, it seems the more I try to keep things simple, the busier I seem to make it! maybe I need to stop trying so hard. The photo is really great, do you know what kind of moth that is? My kids love moths! have a great week!
