This is a nice quick recipe that is one of my family's favorites
Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 lb. beef stir-fry meat
1 2/3 cups beef broth
2 Tbsp corn starch
2-3 Tbsp soya sauce
1 Tbsp packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3 cups broccoli florets
Heat oil at medium-high heat in large skillet.
Cook beef 10 minutes or until browned.
Meanwhile mix together broth, cornstarch, soya sauce, brown sugar and garlic powder.
Stir into skillet.
Heat to a boil, stirring often.
Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in broccoli.
Simmer covered, until beef and broccoli are cooked through,
about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice.
Serves 4.
