Outside my window...


I am thinking...  Of how I am looking forward to some extra days off next week.

I am thankful for...  The beautiful days we have been having.

Simple Chicken Bake, Glazed Carrots, Tossed Salad


~Tuesday~
Mushroom Meatballs, Mashed Potatoes,Garlic-Peppered Green Beans, Tossed Salad


~Wednesday~
Oven Baked Sausage & Veggies, Tossed Salad

~Thursday~
Homemade Shake 'n Bake Chicken, Italian Bubble Loaf, Caesar Salad


~Friday~
Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry, Rice, Asian Salad


~Saturday~
Fast Fish, Rice Pilaf, Peas, Tossed Salad

~Sunday~
Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, 
Broccoli w/Cheese Sauce, Corn, Tossed Salad, 
Dessert: Chocolate Roll



I am wearing... Grey dress pants, Purple & gray floral top with purple cardigan, grey boots

I am creating... Still working on a new office/crafting space.

I am reading... Paris by Edward Rutherford

I am praying for...  Family & Friends

Pondering these words... Life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react to it. ~Dennis P. Kimbro~

I am hoping...  To get the new office/crafting space done soon.

I am hearing... The computer running & the dog snoring.

One of my favorite things...  Watching the sunrise.

    Love the decorative corn that your dad grew. I used to buy that to show my young students every fall. We would put one cob in a container with a little water to watch the corn root and sprout. The rest came home with me to decorate with. You've reminded me to look out for some this year.

    Your menu sounds good this week! I, too, loved the sunrise shot. I don't usually see the sunrises as I am just not a morning person. I love the beautiful sunsets though. Have a great week!!
